Our Commitment to Safety

Green Field School is fully committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all members of our school community — students, teachers, staff, and visitors. Any form of sexual harassment is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with firmly under applicable laws.

In compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the school has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) / Child Protection Committee.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Green Field School maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment, abuse, or misconduct on school premises or in any school-related activities. All complaints received by this committee are treated with strict confidentiality. No student, staff, or complainant shall be victimised or retaliated against for making a complaint in good faith.

Confidentiality Assurance

All complaints and inquiry proceedings are handled with the strictest confidentiality. The identities of complainants, respondents, and witnesses are protected at every stage of the process. Breach of confidentiality by any committee member is treated as misconduct.

Complaint Resolution Process

File Complaint

Submit a written complaint to the Presiding Officer or any ICC member confidentially.

Acknowledgement

Committee acknowledges receipt within 7 working days and initiates inquiry.

Inquiry

A fair, time-bound inquiry conducted with due process for all parties involved.

4

Report

Inquiry report submitted to the management within 60 days of the complaint.

5

Action

Appropriate disciplinary or legal action taken based on inquiry findings.
